My name is Eleonora Medwell. I am a British self-taught mixed media artist of Ukrainian origin. I paint with acrylics and collage. 

My art is inspired by women’s beauty and sensuality. Since my childhood, I have seen female images in stains of paint, in cracks on a wall, in the silhouettes of clouds or shadows on any surface. This is where the character’s story begins in my painting.

I explore the essence of a woman in my art. I tell stories about inner feelings of a woman, harmony with the outer world as well as with parts of her soul.

As an artist my intention is to tell a story through my art of the woman who is free from stereotypes, imposed rules and expectations.

My works have participated in many local exhibitions of professional artists in the UK and abroad
